Health and Wellness Coach
Rae’s own personal health journey as well as her study of food consumption and related disease processes at UNC inspired her to become a health and wellness coach. Her desire is to help others live their best lives. In service of that goal, she partners with clients seeking to enhance their wellbeing through self-directed lasting changes that fit within their own value systems. Rae has worked with former clients focusing on topics such as reversing disease processes, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, increasing movement, losing weight, stopping the consumption of harmful substances, and leaving behind toxicities (including harmful relationships).
When you choose Rae as your coach, she promises to hold you with unconditional positive regard as she truly believes in your capacity for change and growth. She believes you are the expert in your own life and in your work together offers a non-judgmental and respectful space in which you can become the version of yourself you aspire to achieve.
Sessions with Rae last about an hour. If you’re interested in improving your wellbeing with the support of a certified health and wellness coach, please contact Rae.
