Dr. Jena Friedel

Dr. Jena is a licensed and board certified Chiropractor in the state of North Carolina. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Issues Addressed:

Dr. Jena utilizes hands-on chiropractic care, treating the patient by doing muscle work, manual adjustments and always ending the treatment session with some form of rehab and/or at-home care instructions for the patient.  She believes that patient care is a team effort between both the practitioner and the patient themself. Along with chiropractic care, Dr. Jena also utilizes Applied Kinesiology in her treatment of some patients.

Dr. Jena has various interests including water sports, working out, playing softball and spending time with family and friends.  When not at the office, she stays busy volunteering with the Orange Rural Fire Department and working with Orange County Emergency Services riding as an EMT on the ambulances.  She also has enjoyed doing volunteer work with American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Hillsborough/Orange County as well as Duke Hospice.
