Fees:
Initial Visit (90 minutes): $ 85
Follow-up visit (30-60 minutes) $ 45 – 65*
Pediatric (16 or under) or Senior Citizen (65 or older):
Initial visit (90 minutes) $ 65
Follow-up visit (30-60 minutes) $ 30 – 45*
Packages:
Stop Smoking, Weight Loss and other types of conditions require up to 10 treatments. A determination of number of treatments will be made at initial consultation, and fees reduced to allow for continuous treatment using acupuncture and other modalities if necessary.
* Follow-up visit fees vary due to differences in care. Generally, conditions that require more hands-on care such as pain and joint syndromes will take up more time and will include adjunctive therapies of massage, cupping and moxibustion.
Insurance:
A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture treatments. Consult your insurance provider to determine the terms of coverage of your policy. If your policy includes acupuncture benefits, A Step to Health will provide you with an insurance coded receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend that you contact your provider before commencing treatment to expedite paperwork and to receive approval.
