What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is one of the most powerful tools for change known
in the world today and can successfully modify our thoughts,
feelings and habits. Millions of people have already discovered
the use of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, and permanently changed
their lives. Did you know that only 12% of the mind’s
power belongs to the conscious mind, where logic, reason and
will power reside and 88% of the mind’s power comes from
the subconscious mind? This is why we often have trouble, when
we try to make a change. The conscious mind will support us,
but the subconscious mind may sabotage our endeavor. Do not
allow this to happen! Take control over your behavior, emotions
and physical well-being through simple and safe tool of hypnosis. What
is hypnosis?
Why is hypnosis so effective in changing behavior patterns?

Past Life Regression What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a natural
state of mind, and we experience it every day. When you watch
TV, get absorbed in reading a book,
day-dream or drive your car down the road and put it on ‘automatic’ your
mind zones out to the exclusion of what is happening around
you, and that is a trance state of hypnosis. You are still
fully conscious, but you are in an altered state of awareness.
There are three main symptoms of this state: your attention
is focused, you feel relaxed and calm and your mind is open
to suggestions that bypass the critical mind. Why is hypnosis so effective in changing the behavior patterns? This is so, because hypnosis gives access to the subconscious
mind. All the patterns of behavior are stored there. The unproductive
or negative behavior is accompanied by negative imprints in
the subconscious mind. Many of these negative patterns come
from painful and distressful experiences in life. Through hypnotherapy,
these negative patterns are replaced with positive thoughts
and suggestions.

What to expect during hypnotherapy session? When coming for
the first session, you will be asked to either print out
the intake forms from the website and fill them out
in advance, or arrive at the office 15-20 minutes early and
get the forms there to fill out. When you come to my office,
we will first discuss the issue you want to work on, and then
I will test your suggestibility by asking you some questions.
By determining your suggestibility, I will be able to assist
you effectively and guide you in achieving your goal. Then
I will explain in detail what hypnosis is and how the hypnotherapy
works to dispel any doubts, misconceptions, or fears you might
have regarding hypnotherapy. This will help you to take the
full advantage of your hypnotherapy session. In addition, I
will also explain how hypnotherapy can help you overcome your
individual problem. Hypnotherapy requires your active participation.
After that, you will spend 15 – 20 minutes in relaxed
state of hypnosis, being fully conscious and in control of
your experience. When you come back to normal wakeful state
we may briefly discuss your experience and then we will schedule
your next appointment, you will pay and leave refreshed and
relaxed.
Will I be unconscious while I am in hypnosis? No. You will be fully conscious and awake and at the same
time pleasantly relaxed. Hypnosis is not an unconscious state
of sleep. Most people become even more sensitive during hypnosis,
more focused and more concentrated.

Can the hypnotist control my mind? No. Nobody can make you do anything you do not want. You allow
yourself to enter hypnotic state. The hypnotist is only your
guide or facilitator and gives you suggestions, based on your
cognitive interview, with a sole purpose to assist you in achieving
your goal. Will I be able to come out of hypnosis? Yes, absolutely. Hypnosis is very safe and natural state of
awareness. You can come out of it at any time you want just
by opening your eyes and saying aloud your name. This will
immediately put you in beta state or normal state of awareness.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION 1. Do you have a hunger for exploring past lives, which is
more than idle curiosity? 2. Do you have a life-long fascination with a particular period
in history? 3. Do you feel drawn to specific location in which you have
no conscious connection with? 4. Have you ever
sensed that “home” is somewhere
else? 5. Have you ever had dreams in the distant past that seem
too real to be mere dreams? 6. Do you have a love for antiques and historical buildings? 7. Do you have an unusually strong bond to a friend, family
member or acquaintance that cannot be explained by your present
relationship?
8.
Do you feel negativity towards someone without understanding
why you dislike him or her? 9. Do you suffer from phobia or irrational fear that you can
find no obvious cause? 10. Are there any persistent physical ailments or health issues
that you or your doctor is unable to find a physical cause?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, chances are
that you lived before. Past life regression using hypnosis is a safe way to recover
any memories of the past lives that you might have. Through
hypnosis, you can access your subconscious mind, where all
the impressions of any of life that you might have lived, are
stored in detail. Often, people have amazing experience of
times and lives that they have lived before and many of them
have been scientifically researched and proven to be true.
Some people find the answers, why they suffer from a particular
issue in this life that seemingly has no cause. Some people
want to do the past life regression for their spiritual growth,
because they might be struggling with some particular issue
on their spiritual path. Through discovering their past lives
they gain amazing understanding of who they were before and
what lessons they have already learned and what lessons they
need to learn in this life of their soul journey.
