Steve will file insurance.

Steve participates with Medicare, SCHIP, State Employees Health Plan, all Blue Cross products, and FirstHealth PPO. Most other major medical plans have Physical Therapy benefits; however, other PPO's may or may not have out of network benefits.

Steve has one hour appointments available Monday -Friday at 9:00am, 10:00am, and 11:00am and at 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, and 4:00pm.

Please note: Steve has closed his Durham office and now sees patients exclusively in his Hillsborough office.
