Free Yoga At The Farmers Market

Sat, Sept 27-Sat, Oct 25 ~ 9 am

We are very excited to be offering FREE yoga and movement classes on Saturday mornings this fall at the Eno River Farmers Market in beautiful downtown Hillsborough! We offered them in June and are excited to be back on the lawn with you.

We welcome you to meet our wonderful teachers. Beginner friendly, community-minded, and open to all. Bring your own mats, or some will be provided. Come move with us, and leave moved!

Thank you to all who attended in June! We had a wonderful time and look forward to offering it again this fall!

SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH MOVEMENT

As school began in Orange County, we offered three donation drive yoga classes to support PORCH-Hillsborough in Fighting Hunger in our community. Thank you to everyone who donated! Your kindness and generosity mean a lot, and it's comforting to know it’s going to an organization that truly cares and will get it to those who need it most.

The Expedition School

Donation Drive

Thank you to our wonderful community at A Step To Health and The Studio! We have such generous students, patients, clients, practitioners and instructors and are SO appreciative of all the donations brought in. The above donations were delivered The Expedition School in our community that was severely flooded by Tropical Storm Chantal, experiencing devasting destruction to almost all of their furniture, classroom supplies, books, technology and classroom infrastructure for the K–5 students.
